People dream of the end goal and not of the steps to get there. This is, particularly in adults, debilitating and hindering to progress. What is best is to segment your dream. Create layers or steps to get there. Each of these steps then becomes the entire dream, and if the step itself is too big then divide it further. The way to anywhere is in increments. Every step along the way must be the entire dream at some point.

This is true of your dream as well.
