talk too much but always say less

Li: That does not make sense Grandpa. Talk too much but talk less?!

John: No no, that is not what I said. I said 'talk too much and say less'

Let's start with 'say less'. You should always, regardless of the topic or situation, be precise and accurate in what you say and how you say it. Keep it simple, short and straight to the point. There is power in saying less but meaning a lot! That is something you should always aim for. It exudes wisdom, intelligence, confidence and power.

Now let's examine 'talk too much'. That, on its own, is definitely something you don't want to do. i.e. Talking for the sake of talking. That is one of the most ignorant things one can do. You should only talk too much if you say less.

Imagine you are someone who always has something to say, but always says it with precision and wisdom. You become a leader.

Li: I see Grandpa. I'm thinking of leaders. Priests, Politicians, CEO's, Cult Leaders... All of them talk too much. It is the ones that say less that become so prominent. hmm...
